Cosplays for Otakuthon 2010, Montreal Canada.

I wanted to make Netherlands and Belgium cosstumes for myself and my roomate. We decided to go with Chibi costumes first and are going to work our way through their ages until we make their uniforms. This is the first of the set. I based it roughly off the ChibiAmerica design, with a few of my own added ides. I thought they turned out super cute! More photoshoots to come~!
