I Forgive You by XNeverConformX I Forgive You by XNeverConformX
FancyTier Nepeta and Gamzee - Debuted at Otakuthon 2013 in Montreal, Canada.

We had an amazing few months working on these, and are thrilled with the results.
Everything was hand crafted, the costumes, wings, harnesses. Even the patterns were drafted by myself, not a single commercial pattern was used.
There are roughly 5,672 beads in between these two costumes. About 20+ bells, and a lot of paint.

I've been thinking about doing this costume for a while now, but I haven't been able to find any good patterns for the shorts. Can you share your pattern/method that you used to make them please?

You're welcome, so much!

(I'm not a huge fan of this ship, but a good cosplay is a good cosplay.)

They are made of cardboard bases, then cellophane film with glass stain for the transparent parts. Then they are thermoplastic for the outside and painted. Then lots of supports and harness under the costumes made of metal and wood

No not yet. But we took pictures of every step since the entire thing was a giant experiment that happened to work really well :P.
:iconrussia4evah: is going to be putting one together though. She is currently moving cities right now ( -cries-) but when she gets settled at her dorm she will be putting it together. When its all finished I can send you a link if you like
